Each piece is hand-painted to order. Your order joins our painting queue once your 30% advance is received, and we begin when your slot is reached. Once painting starts, your piece is completed and dispatched within 10–12 working days. We keep you updated at every stage via WhatsApp.

Once you approve your design, we take a 30% advance to confirm your order and reserve your place in our queue. When your piece is complete, we raise an invoice for the remaining 70% balance, payable before dispatch. All payments are handled securely online.

You can cancel before painting begins and receive a refund of your advance, less any materials already sourced. Once painting has begun, the advance is non-refundable, as your piece is being made uniquely for you. If a finished piece arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it — or refund it if you prefer. Yes, we ship across India and internationally. Within India, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch; international delivery takes 10–21 working days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Most customers provide their own saree or fabric, and we paint your design onto it. If you'd prefer us to source the fabric, we're happy to — this is quoted separately depending on the material you choose.

Yes. We take on bulk commissions for boutiques, trousseaus and events. As every piece is hand-painted, bulk orders typically take 8–15 weeks depending on the quantity and design complexity. Get in touch for a detailed quote.
